It was a proud moment for JNV Chandigarh and STEMOrbit to witness the inauguration of the Atal Tinkering Lab on the school premises. Shri Mandeep Singh Brar IAS (Deputy Commissioner-Chandigarh) inaugurated the lab on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 in the presence of Smt. Neena Kalia (D.E.O. Chandigarh) and Shri Arvinder Singh Bhullar (Principal, JNV Chandigarh).

Dr Amrik Singh (Retd HOD GNDU Amritsar) inaugurated the Atal Tinkering Lab on Saturday, March 27, 2021, in the presence of S. Paramjit Singh (Principal, JNV Awan Amritsar), Mr. Sandeep Rana (ATL In charge), and other staff members.

Atal tinkering lab was inaugurated by students and staff of school in presence of Air Commodore Tejbir Singh; Air officers commanding, Air Force Station 12 Wing, Chandigarh. Chairman school management committee; Executive Director, Squadron Leader Subhashree Deb; Principal, Mrs. Anjali Basu; ATL in charge, Ms. Anita Kumari. This lab is an ideal place to introduce kids to STEM with hands-on approach.

Conducted two days of training session on Physical Computing in Regional Science Congress-2019 organised by JNV Niwarsi. Total 200 students from 50 schools participated in the event.

Conducted Atal Tinkering Lab online orientation session to JNV Chandigarh students.
